Product FAQ

How should I store it?

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C (77°F). Refrigeration extends shelf life and provides cooling relief but isn't required. Keep container tightly closed.

Can I use this on my face?

Yes. Our aloe is gentle enough for facial use. Patch test first, especially if you have reactive skin. Avoid eye area.

Is this safe for children?

Yes, for external use on unbroken skin. Supervise application. Patch test first. Not for ingestion.

Can I use this if I'm pregnant?

Our product is for external use only and contains no ingredients contraindicated during pregnancy. However, consult your healthcare provider before using new products.

Why does it cost more than drugstore aloe?

Cold-pressed processing, hand-filleting, careful aloin removal, and per-batch testing all add to production cost. You are paying for purity and bioactivity rather than water and thickeners.

When can I order?

The product is currently in pre-launch. Email hello@aloeteam.com to be notified when ordering opens. Final shipping options, timelines, and any free-shipping threshold will be published with the launch announcement.
